Gulmina Shah practices in a broad range of commercial litigation and business disputes representing both individual and corporate clients. Ms. Shah’s experience includes oil and gas disputes, fraudulent transfer of assets, misappropriation of trade secrets, securities law and personal injury matters.
Ms. Shah attended the University of Texas at Austin on an academic merit scholarship where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Minor in Business Foundations. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 2016. During her time in law school, Ms. Shah was recognized for her academic achievements, where she received the CALI award for excellence in Contract Negotiation & Drafting and Transactional Skills Real Estate.
Ms. Shah previously served as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Larry Thorne in the 317th District Court of Texas and Legal Intern for the Texas Office of the Attorney General.
