Irving Stern has practiced business litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country since 1972. He has represented public and private companies, partnerships and individuals in litigation matters and liability analysis. Mr. Stern's clients include business entities engaged in commercial and industrial construction; the manufacture and distribution of consumer perishable products; breach of contract and product liability issues pertaining to the sale and distribution of industrial products; and liability issues pertaining to the manufacture, sale, distribution and testing of oil industry tubular goods.
Mr. Stern has also represented insurance brokers, bankers and other professional service providers. Mr. Stern continuously advises clients concerning issues related to employment, covenants not to compete, misappropriation of proprietary and confidential information, theft and misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair business practices and antitrust matters.
