Kasey Brightwell Shivers focuses her practice on commercial litigation in a broad array of areas. Ms. Shivers' experience extends to all phases of litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Shivers attended Texas A&M University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. Following her graduation from Texas A&M, Ms. Shivers attended Baylor Law School. During her time at Baylor, she was awarded numerous academic scholarships and was selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers.
Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Shivers served as a law clerk for The Honorable Tony Lindsay, 280th District Court Judge for the Harris County District Courts, and for The Honorable Kyle Carter, 125th District Court Judge for the Harris County District Courts.
